This flowmeter adopts a zeroable counter based on the LC type. This counter is equipped with two sets of character wheels, zero return and accumulation, with dual functions of batch counting and total accumulation. Its feature is that when the user is implementing intermittent measurement and wants to obtain calculation results separately, the instrument pointer and zero return character wheel set can be pre-set. Displaying zero will give each measurement value, which can be repeatedly used. When the total accumulation is continuously used, rotating the character wheel zero handle clockwise can return the zero counter digit set to zero position: pressing the pointer zero return handle and rotating clockwise can return the pointer to zero position. When using a reset counter, it does not affect the cumulative counter measurement.
The LC-HL series zeroing sleeve circular gear flowmeter adopts a zeroable counter based on the LC type. The counter is equipped with two sets of wheels for zeroing and accumulating, and has dual functions of single batch counting and total accumulation. When using single batch counting, rotating the zero handle of the character cycle clockwise can make the zero character cycle return to zero position; Pull down the pointer return handle and rotate it clockwise to return the pointer to zero position. When using a reset counter, it does not affect the cumulative counter measurement.

1、 Introduction to Control System Functions:
A large screen microcomputer is used to control the automatic oil delivery of multiple cargo positions. The screen display is shown in the figure. As long as a human operator clicks the oil delivery start button of a certain cargo position with the mouse, a keyboard window will pop up on the screen. Enter the quantity of oil to be delivered, confirm, and the oil pump and solenoid valve of that cargo position will open, starting to deliver oil to the tanker truck. On the screen, it can be seen that the liquid level in the oil tanker truck is rising, while the liquid level in the large oil tank is decreasing, and the display number on the screen fluctuates with the amount of oil being delivered. The large screen control display on the oil delivery site platform also synchronously displays the remaining amount of oil being delivered. When the oil delivery quantity is completed, the pump and valve will be automatically stopped, and there will be a sound prompt on the on-site storage platform.
Using the same method, operators can point to any storage location on the microcomputer to dispense oil simultaneously. (According to user needs, each storage location can also be designed to be individually operated by on-site personnel for oil dispensing, which ensures that even if the system malfunctions, it will not affect the oil dispensing work.).
2、 Introduction to Quantity Management System:
The microcomputer automatically records the quantity of oil delivered at each location and time, as well as the quantity of oil entering and exiting the storage tank, and the cumulative amount of oil transported by each user (tank truck). You can print daily (monthly) sales reports, inventory and purchase reports, comprehensive and integrated statistical reports, etc. at any time using a printer.

When measuring high viscosity (such as asphalt) media, the high viscosity and high temperature elliptical gear flowmeter is prone to breakage or bending of the teeth or shaft due to the high pressure phenomenon caused by compression caused by fluid injection into the elliptical gear teeth groove. This is not conducive to the service life of the instrument. To reduce the injection pressure, several grooves (called undersoles) are dug on the elliptical gear to overcome the above phenomenon. Suitable for medium viscosity ranging from 200 to 1000m pa. s. A high-temperature flowmeter is located between the measuring chamber and the counting mechanism, separated by a heat pipe to ensure the normal operation of the instrument. It is suitable for temperatures ranging from 100 to 200 ℃.
Installment and use
1. The installation direction of the instrument should be consistent with the direction of the arrow on the instrument housing and the direction of liquid flow. The installation position should be easy to read (see figure).
2. Instruments should be installed at room temperature as much as possible, and should not be installed in environments with harmful gases or strong thermal radiation to prevent damage to the counter part of the instrument;
3. The elliptical gear shaft in the instrument should be installed in a horizontal position as much as possible, that is, the dial should be installed in a vertical position (the division O "should be on top), in order to reduce the friction between the elliptical gear and the housing and reduce the wear of the parts. Due to different installation positions, the counter (head) can be rotated 90 ° or 180 ° for ease of reading (see Figure 2).
4. Before installing the instrument, the pipeline must be cleaned throughout the entire piping system. If there is no strict filtering device, a filter should be installed in front of the instrument to prevent impurities from entering the instrument.
5. The instrument should be installed at the outlet end of the pump. The flow regulating valve should be installed downstream of the instrument. When using, first open the upstream shut-off valve, and then slowly open the downstream flow control valve or shut-off valve. Sudden opening or closing is strictly prohibited.
6. When using the instrument, the instrument should be filled with liquid and there should be no gas mixed in the measured liquid. Otherwise, the mixed volume of gas and liquid will cause inaccurate measurement. If gas is mixed in the liquid, a gas separator must be installed in front of the instrument.
7. The flow rate in the pipeline should not increase or decrease sharply, and phenomena such as pipeline vibration, hydraulic shock, and rapid pressure fluctuations should be avoided, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the instrument.
8. When the flow rate exceeds the specified large flow rate, the wear of the elliptical gear increases with the increase of speed, and the pressure loss increases sharply. It should be avoided from use. Lower than small flow rate. Although it can still measure, the error increases. The starting flow rate of the flowmeter is about 2% of the large flow rate, and the normal working flow rate is better at 70% to 80% of the large flow rate
9. When used to measure high viscosity liquids, the liquid is generally heated to reduce viscosity and then circulated in the pipeline. After the instrument is stopped, the liquid filled inside the instrument cools and becomes viscous. If it needs to be used again, it must be heated by steam outside the instrument body to reduce the viscosity of the liquid inside the instrument before it can be used. Otherwise, the mucus will bite onto the transmission parts, causing damage to the instrument.
10. The temperature of the tested liquid should not exceed the specified value, as exceeding it may even cause the instrument to become stuck. Changes in liquid temperature can also cause additional errors in viscosity. In addition, the increase in temperature also causes an increase in the volume of the crescent shaped space, which slows down the instrument. When the measuring chamber is made of cast iron and the elliptical gear is made of cast aluminum, the additional error is+0.14%/100 ℃.
11. Each instrument is calibrated with No. 7 mechanical oil at room temperature before leaving the factory. The viscosity of the oil at room temperature is about 10mpa · s. If the viscosity of the liquid used by the user is significantly different from this, the double-layer gear can be replaced.
12. It is strictly prohibited to use sweeping steam and water to pass through the instrument
